Reminder text messages are sent 72 hours prior to your appointment time; failure to confirm your appointment within 12 hours will result in your appointment being automatically cancelled without further communication. Clients may be required to pay a deposit to secure appointments based on the services requested.
Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may not be able to have their service done and will be charged in accordance with my cancellation policy.
Cancellations within 48 hours prior to your appointment will require 25% of the appointment fee to secure a new appointment.
Cancellations with 24 hours or less prior to appointment time will be required to pay 70% of the appointment fee before rebooking.
For new clients, previous no show appointments or late cancellations a card must be kept on file in order to book an appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Harlow Sloan Hair reserves the right to decline future bookings for no show clients or late cancellations.

We ask that you do not bring guests or children over 6 months to your appointment unless they are also having a service done.
Photos may be taken during your time in the salon, including before and after hair services, and used on our social media and website.
Staff reserve the right to cancel or cease your appointment due to inappropriate, abusive, threatening or disrespectful behavior.
Clients are responsible for notifying staff of any issues that may impact your service including but not limited to medication uses, allergies, sensitivities and medical conditions. Harlow Sloan Hair is not liable for any losses that incur due to misinformation or failure to provide accurate and known information.
By booking an appointment you agree to the salon terms and conditions. Failure to comply will result in loss of your appointment and deposit.
